    55 brake booster

    Building a 55 new chassis with a big block tall deck Need to locate brake booster and reservoir can anyone recommend a package or source to mount on the chassis.

    I would get a hydra boost kit if I wanted PB, those shiny gold boosters from China are junk.

            ABS Power Brake makes an electric booster but it's pretty expensive. It only needs power and is self-contained and has it's own pump and booster/MC. A hydroboost is used on lots of vehicles, especially turbocharged gas and diesels. They work great but require a power steering pump. Most guys use one from a mid-90's Chevy Astro van. This is what one looks like.
